Universal lateral flow platform
DDTD has created a highly sensitive platform to detect human IgGs (Pan-IgG and IgG4) to any antigen. The “Universal IgG Assay” is a device containing all reagents except for the antigen. All parameters of the test are optimized, enabling the end-user to simply add a biotinylated antigen of their choice in solution (compatible with buffer, serum, and whole blood). We also offer the possibility to dry your antigen within the test strip.
Who we are
Drugs & Diagnostics for Tropical Diseases (DDTD) is a non-profit (501c3) with a mission “to discover new treatments and develop diagnostics for diseases that affect predominantly impoverished populations”. These includes Neglected Tropical Diseases or NTDs which have been typically neglected from research and development efforts due to the perceived lack of profitability.
